Group Snowshoe Cedar Grove Sunday January 11.26

Join us for a group snowshoe from the Nakusp Hot Springs parking lot to Cedar Grove via the Caribou Pen and Kuskanax FSR, 5.2 km one way, 10.4 km return, on Sunday January 11 from 9:30 am to 2 pm. The initial 170 m climb from the parking lot to the FSR is steep and but easy enough if we take our time. Once up on the FSR the trail is flat or with gentle grades the rest of the way to Cedar Grove.

This is a beautiful route with views of the Kuskanax River gorge along the way with the old growth forest of Cedar Grove the magical destination. We will stop for a short lunch or snacks (bring your own) at Cedar Grove.
