Jackrabbit Snowshoe/Hike Sunday Feb 22, 2026

Please join us for a Group snowshoe (or Hike) from the Wensley Creek x-country parking lot to the warming hut and back. It is about 5 km return with some up and down for a total 120 m gain from parking lot to highest point. The trail is easy to moderate difficulty and reasonable fitness is required. We will stop at the warming hut for lunch or snacks before returning.

Bring snowshoes and boot grips. Poles are recommended If we are lucky there will be enough snow to snowshoe, but realistically it will probably turn into a hike, which is still worth doing.

We will meet at the Wensley Ski Area parking lot. Bring water and lunch or snacks.
