Join us for a group hike on Sunday June 21 from the Nakusp Hot Springs to Kimbol Lake. This is a moderately difficult hike along a shaded, well trodden path through an older growth forest of big cedars, hemlock and fir. The trail ends at the north end of Kimbol Lake where we will stop for lunch and a possible swim before returning to the Hot Springs. The trail climbs gradually at a 10% overall grade for the first 3 km and then steepens to about 15% for the final 2 km.
We will meet at the Nakusp Hot Springs parking lot at 9 am. Bring a lunch, high energy snacks, and a swim suit for a swim if the weather is suitable.
