Kuskie Trail Group Hike Sunday May 3.26

Join us for an easy wood and river walk along the pretty Kuskie Trail, starting at the Vickie’s View parking area (we will meet first at Mountain Top Cafe on Broadway) 4 km down toward the Village and the highway bridge over the Kuskanax River. We probably won’t make it all the way to the bridge due to high spring river levels. After lunch and snacks (please bring your own) we will return to the parking lot. The hike will be just under 8 km total and take 3 hours or so. The descent from the parking area to the end of the hike by the river will be 170 m, and the same back up. Easy, although most of the difference occurs in the first part (and last on the way back). Simone H & Michele N will lead.
