Inspect for ticks after work activities. Communicate wildlife sitings to team. Carry medication for allergies Work Activity 3 - Lifting, shovelling, picking & raking YesNo Danger 3 - Strains, pulls and repetitive motion injuries, contacting another volunteer Mitigation 3 - Take time to warm up before starting work. Lift with legs and bend at the knees when lifting. Use buddy for lifting/moving heavy objects.
